We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Social Impact Specialist.
As a key member of our Social Performance team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of creating positive social value outcomes for communities and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of social impact assessments and strategies across Australia.
- Collaborate with internal consultants from other disciplines to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Conduct research, including sentiment analysis, social research, and stakeholder mapping, to inform our social impact initiatives.
- Design and develop effective communication materials and project collateral that showcase our social impact work.
- Assist with writing proposals and preparing high-quality reports for clients that demonstrate the value of our social impact work.
- Ensure that all work is delivered to a high standard, adhering to professional standards, ethics, and quality procedures.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our company culture.
- 3-6 years of experience in Social Performance, including Social Impact Assessment and/or Community and Stakeholder Engagement roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, social sciences, public policy, journalism, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, circular economy, climate change adaptation, and resilience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple disciplines and teams.
- Experience in the consulting industry is highly regarded.
