Exciting Opportunity in Strata Management

Gough Recruitment AU is seeking a skilled Junior Strata Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic chance to work with a well-established company and develop your career in the strata industry.

About the Role:

  • This is a fast-paced position that requires strong administration, organization, and time management skills.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing a small portfolio of schemes, assisting others with their portfolios, and chairing meetings.
  • You will also prepare agendas and minutes, attend owners' corporation meetings, and address issues raised by the owner's corporation.
  • As part of a tight-knit team, you will build relationships with key stakeholders and manage large-scale defect claims, remedial works, and legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in the strata industry is essential.
  • You must have strong administration skills, a valid Strata Certificate, and the ability to multitask and be highly organized.
  • Apart from these qualifications, you should be able to work as part of a team, communicate effectively, and handle complex situations with ease.
