Job Title: Transport Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate transport operations and support the logistics function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal stock orders, monitoring and converting STO to STR.
  • Forecast additional stock changes to STO.
  • Arrange urgent deliveries to clinics.
  • Coordinate delivery of machines and chairs to FKC Clinic.
  • Process goods receipting of FMC Stock, resolving any incidents that may prevent clinics from receiving stock.
  • Maintain Shopping Cart P76, adding and removing products.
  • Onboard new vendors, updating existing ones.
  • Oversee procurement administration in FKC, ensuring line managers follow established processes.
  • Identify gaps in policies/documentation and make necessary changes.
  • Manage relationships with 3PL service providers and vendors, ensuring they meet KPIs.
  • Resolve warehousing and transportation complaints/ad hoc requests from team members.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Proven cost-saving initiatives and contract negotiation experience.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and communication skills.
  • Structured thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with ownership.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
