About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ENT Surgeon to join our team at Peninsula Health. As an ENT Surgeon, you will be responsible for delivering surgical services to public patients at two sites: Frankston Hospital and Frankston Public Surgical Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality surgical services to patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participating in the on-call roster, providing after-hours care and support to patients as needed.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement best practices in ENT surgery, ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care.
Requirements:
  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
  • Successful completion of FRACS 2nd part exam / FRACS (or equivalent).
  • Eligible for registration with AHPRA as a medical practitioner.
  • Proven experience in contemporary medical and evidence-based practice, with a strong focus on clinical excellence.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $400,000 - $600,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Access to regular theatre time, with both elective and emergency lists, and outpatient clinics.
  • Financial and leave support for continuing medical education activities.
