Senior Business Operations Lead

The role of Senior Business Operations Lead requires a seasoned professional with expertise in commercial and operations functions. This position will oversee the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, operations, supply chain management, and logistics. They will be responsible for crafting and refining the playbook for 3PL facilities internationally, optimizing our global distribution network. Additionally, they will manage inventory levels, negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and supply reliability, and identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks to streamline sales processes and enhance team performance.

This individual will also develop and sustain relationships with IVF clinics globally, actively pursuing new contracts and expanding market presence. Furthermore, they will administer our CRM system to maintain organisational efficiency and internal coordination, implement minimal yet effective processes that balance agility with necessary structure for growth, and manage all aspects of patent, trademark, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will secure multi-year agreements with leading IVF clinics, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. They will ensure timely delivery of contracted revenue, maintaining seamless integration and operations within partner clinics, guarantee timely delivery of kits and results, minimizing errors and optimizing logistics with third-party logistics providers.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have minimum 7+ years of experience in commercial or operations roles, with expertise areas including sales, operations, supply chain, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, leadership, and industry relationships. Existing relationships in healthcare are preferred.
