Roster Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Roster Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals.

This role offers the chance to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities, providing exceptional support and care through effective roster management.

  • Key responsibilities include building and maintaining knowledge of agreements, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for communicating shift changes and escalating roster-related issues for timely resolution.

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Experience in maintaining staff rosters and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A Blue and Yellow Card or NDIS clearance is also required (we can assist with the process).
