Learning Development Specialist

You will be part of a close-knit team led by an experienced and supportive director. Your primary focus will be to support the development, implementation and maintenance of learning packages across a specialized department.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead different streams of work while building and supporting a small team to design, develop and facilitate course programs and training packages.
- Build a network of trusted subject matter experts and manage positive stakeholder engagements to support the team's objectives and outcomes.
- Deliver and facilitate workshops and training programs across the department.
- Support in building and developing training content.
- Qualifications and experience in Learning and Development, Training Delivery and E-learning design and development.
- Demonstrated ability to scope learning projects and develop strategies and associated plans.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with stakeholders and learning providers.
- The ability to self-organise, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
- Flexible working arrangements.
