Learning and Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Learning and Development Specialist. The role involves contributing to the delivery of learning programs and activities across the organization, with a focus on enhancing employees' learning experience and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development of instructional material, including policies, procedures, and processes
- Manage projects and associated financial activities
- Manage RTO assurance activities, including gap analysis, validation, moderation, evaluation, and continuous improvement
- Provide advice and assistance to inform the development of training, assessment, and associated resources
