About Your RoleYou will work collaboratively with a dynamic group of professionals, including OTs, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
We value teamwork and socialization, often meeting at our community hub or local cafes to support participants, each other, and have fun.
Your Key Responsibilities- Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functioning, as well as their capacity to perform daily living skills.
- Analyze assessment findings to develop tailored treatment goals.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and receive formal 1:1 supervision.
- Engage in group supervision and disability-specific workshops.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
