Occupational Therapy Career Opportunity

We are seeking skilled occupational therapists to support our rehabilitation unit at Port Macquarie Private Hospital.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic allied health team working across rehabilitation day programs, outpatients, and inpatients in our rehabilitation ward.

There is room to grow this role and work in all areas of the service.

Requirements

You will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA.
  • Minimum one (1) years of occupational therapy experience in a hospital setting.
  • Ability to effectively assess, plan and implement individualised occupational therapy treatment programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage caseload demands.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required.
  • Commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence-based practice.
