Job Title: Restaurant Service Leader

As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations, leading service delivery, and mentoring high-performing teams to create unforgettable dining experiences.

In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will thrive by maintaining exceptional service standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise restaurant operations during service, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service delivery.
  • Support and guide team members during shifts, upholding service and grooming standards.
  • Coordinate daily tasks such as table setting, cleaning, opening/closing the restaurant, and preparing drinks and service areas.
  • Manage staff rosters, including filling shifts and adjusting for absences.
  • Monitor stock and supplies, placing orders, conducting stock counts, and resolving any stock issues.
  • Engage with guests professionally and report serious problems to management.
  • Train new staff and support current team members to improve skills and service delivery.
  • Lead pre-shift meetings to prepare and motivate the team before service.
  • Maintain safety and health protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a team leader or senior Food Beverage service role.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and delegation skills with a hands-on approach to service delivery.
  • Proven ability to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
  • Sound knowledge of stock and inventory management processes.
  • Solid understanding of workplace health & safety procedures and compliance.
  • Professional personal presentation and reliability.
