Project Leadership Role

This is a senior leadership position within the Colocation Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering major data centre developments and setting the standard for safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety and Governance - Embed a safety-first culture, championing zero harm throughout design, construction and operations. Establish and implement governance frameworks, oversee compliance, and proactively manage risk registers.
  • Financial Management - Lead project budgets, cashflow, procurement strategies, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment to business objectives. Monitor progress, drive corrective action to accelerate outcomes, and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Programme Delivery - Direct the overall development programme, optimise timelines, and ensure regulatory compliance. Act as key interface for customer, internal and external stakeholders, providing clear reporting and ensuring alignment to business goals.
  • Innovation and Improvement - Mentor teams, drive accountability, and embed continuous improvement in design, programme, safety and cost methodologies.
