About the Role

The Senior Services Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of MEP services for hyperscale data centre construction projects in Melbourne. This hands-on, proactive position requires strong communication and coordination skills to facilitate seamless collaboration between design teams, subcontractors, site teams, and the Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the installation and integration of building services (mechanical and electrical systems) into data centre projects.
  • Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, site teams, and the Services Manager to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of MEP services.
  • Lead the delivery of complex construction projects focusing on mechanical and electrical systems.

Requirements

  • A trade or engineering background in Electrical or Mechanical fields is essential.
  • A sound understanding of MEP services and experience leading the delivery of critically complex construction projects is required.
  • Experience in overseeing the delivery of MEPF systems on mission-critical sites such as data centres, hospitals, prisons, power generation sites, etc. is highly valued.
