Project Manager Data Centre Construction

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of our Data Center projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work on complex infrastructure projects and contribute to the growth of our business.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the data centre industry. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and managing budgets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the project team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Coordinating and overseeing all aspects of project execution, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Structural, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the data centre industry.
  • Experience in managing large-scale construction projects, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Australian building codes and regulations, including Fire Codes, Building Codes, Energy Efficiency Codes, Sanitary Codes, and Safety Codes.
