About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our data centre projects in Melbourne, Victoria. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management and experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.

  • Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager to manage and deliver our data centre construction projects from start to finish. This includes:

  • Coordinating site activities and workflows to ensure efficient delivery of the project
  • Managing relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably on large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of Australian building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
