Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Care Organiser to join our East Melbourne Metro team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our Home Care Programs, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain client and care worker rosters to optimize service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and internal stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and rostering challenges
  • Match client needs with care worker skills and availability
  • Communicate effectively with clients and care workers regarding scheduling changes and updates
Requirements
  • Experience in scheduling and rostering, preferably in a care or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
