Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coordinator to provide quality mental health clinical services to individuals with complex mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist mental health services to clients in line with the Casa Venegas model of care.
- Maintain and promote knowledge of current best practice and research in adult mental health and recovery.
- Deliver culturally appropriate clinical practice and care.
- Liaise and build effective relationships with primary and tertiary care, as well as other relevant health services and community agencies, to ensure coordinated care for clients.
- Facilitate therapeutic group programs.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in nursing, psychology, social work, or occupational therapy.
- Relevant registration and at least three years post-graduate experience working with complex mental health issues in a community setting.
- A valid NSW drivers licence, working with children check, and national police clearance.
