Senior HR Professional

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior HR Professional to join our team.

As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of operational HR, collaborating on strategic initiatives with senior management, and driving a culture of continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Industrial Relations: Provide expert knowledge and guidance on industrial relations matters to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Performance & Development: Manage performance evaluation processes, professional development programs, and leadership training to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate HR reports to inform business decisions and maintain up-to-date position descriptions.
  • Strategic Leadership: Drive a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with the organization's vision and values.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the construction or related industries.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of payroll and HR management processes, including Microsoft Office and other relevant HR tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of workplace Occupational Health and Safety practices to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
