
Amenities Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Amenity Manager to join our Road Services team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing the planning, project management, and delivery of road restoration works.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in civil contractor management, asset management, and GIS software. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality results that meet the community's expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and administer the restoration of Council's road reserve assets to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Schedule and issue work according to Council standards and policies.
- Monitor and report on restoration works to ensure they meet Council standards and are delivered within budget.
- Manage contract services used to deliver works, including Workplace Health and Safety and Risk Management of contractors' work on road reserves.
- Maintain and enhance restoration systems and databases.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build positive working relationships with utility providers. If you have experience in public utility procedures and road pavement rehabilitation practices, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
