Amenity Centre Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Housekeeping Team in the capacity of Amenity Centre Lead.

About the Role:

The Amenity Centre Lead is a key position within the Housekeeping/Amenity Centre Team, responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating daily tasks for Amenity Centre Attendants.
  • Maintaining accurate amenity setup and implementing any necessary alterations.
  • Submitting timely and accurate stock takes and end-of-month reports to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Providing professional and courteous interactions with guests, adhering to organisational policies and procedures.

About You:

  • Possess a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Hold a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a large hotel or similar environment.
  • Have a solid understanding of workplace practices related to Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Be available to work a full-time rotational roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Hold the right to work in Australia.
