Site Leadership Role

E80 Group seeks a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee logistics system installation, implementation, and commissioning activities at customer sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

This is a full-time position that requires extensive travel across Australia and internationally. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for industrial automation, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule all installation, implementation, and commissioning activities on customer sites through to final testing.
  • Coordinate and supervise project teams.
  • Ensure cost control and compliance with contractual specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain consistent and timely communication between the customer and E80 Group.
  • Manage project changes in collaboration with the Project Manager and the customer.
  • Handle non-conformity processes in coordination with technical and supply chain teams.
  • Ensure systems are formally accepted by the customer and that each project phase is approved following successful testing.
  • In collaboration with the company's HSE officer, ensure full compliance with site safety regulations.
Requirements
  • A degree in Engineering or a related field, supported by at least 2 years of proven experience in this or a comparable role within the automation industry.
  • Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, resource planning tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong team leadership and organizational skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Availability to work in shifts.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Australia and internationally.
  • Keen interest in industrial automation and complex systems management.
Other Requirements
  • Desire to make a difference and daily represent E80 Group in front of the customer.
  • English (advanced or native level) with excellent communication skills.
  • Permanent rights to work in Australia, with no restrictions.
  • Valid driver's license and car owner.
