Job Description

The Senior Proposal Engineer role at Rockwell Automation involves developing technical and commercial proposals for the assessment, design, implementation, and management of Solutions and Services offerings tailored to customer needs.

As a subject matter expert, you will support business growth and strategic projects by delivering compliant, high-quality proposals that meet defined margin and compliance requirements.

You will work closely with Sales, Departments, distributors, and teams across the region to explain the value of Rockwell Automation's portfolio.

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced proposal/project engineer within industrial automation to leverage their skills in network and cybersecurity solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Preferably in a network-related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in proposal/project engineering within industrial automation.
  • Technical knowledge of automation technologies (PLCs, DCS, drives).
  • Understanding of cost structures, pricing strategies, and margin analysis is critical.
