Ecommerce Marketing Manager

As a key player in our digital marketing agency, you will drive media performance and account growth through strategic campaign management.

This role involves activating and optimising retail media campaigns, including sponsored advertising and DSP activations across retail networks, primarily Amazon. You will ensure accurate delivery of client objectives, complete tasks independently, and create professional documents highlighting clear performance insights.

Collaboration with teams is crucial to achieving campaign goals and objectives. A client-centric attitude, passion for building long-lasting relationships, and a process improvement mindset are essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize retail media campaigns, including sponsored advertising and DSP activations across retail networks.
  • Ensure accurate delivery of client objectives.
  • Complete tasks independently, including campaign builds, daily pacing, optimization, and reporting.
  • Create professional documents highlighting clear performance insights.
  • Interface with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve campaign goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in retail media within an agency setting.
  • Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console.
  • Experience with third-party bid management platforms such as SKAI and Pacvue.
  • Understanding of the retail industry and latest trends.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for maintaining spreadsheets and producing high-quality documents.
  • Client-centric attitude, with a passion for building long-lasting relationships.
  • Process improvement mindset, seeking solutions to streamline workflows.
