About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill. As the face of our restaurant, Osteria Roma, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to the highest standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the restaurant and kitchen areas
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification in QLD
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
