Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests in our restaurant, Osteria Roma
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and bar areas
  • Assist with events and conferences as required
Requirements:
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification in QLD
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
