About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill. As the face of our restaurant, Osteria Roma, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide consistent and high-quality service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
  • Be an active promoter of Osteria Roma and assist in implementing ways to drive revenue within our food and beverage outlets
  • Run breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, including conferencing and events as required
  • Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
  • Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practices
Requirements
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) in QLD
  • An entrepreneurial style and drive for café-restaurant operations
  • Experienced and passionate about making a good cup of coffee that keeps guests coming back
  • Flexible availability to work during the week, including weekends and public holidays
