About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at the Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill. As the face of our restaurant, Osteria Roma, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide consistent and high-quality service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
  • Be an active promoter of Osteria Roma, suggesting menu items and promoting our food and beverage offerings
  • Run breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, including conferencing and events as required
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation in the food and beverage areas
  • Promote a safe workplace by recognizing hazards and promoting general WHS practices

Requirements

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) in QLD
  • An entrepreneurial style and drive for café-restaurant operations
  • Experience and passion for making a good cup of coffee that keeps guests coming back
  • Flexible availability to work during the week, including weekends and public holidays
