What will you do?

We are seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to play a critical role in driving our commercial performance through strategic pricing across our Care and Services offerings. This position will be responsible for reviewing and setting pricing that maximises revenue and margin, informed by competitor and market analysis, while ensuring sustainable long-term returns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyse competitor and market pricing trends within the in the care sector to inform pricing strategy
  • Recommend various pricing structures that optimise revenue and profitability
  • Develop and implement pricing methodologies for our on-site services
  • Maximise our rate of return on the delivery of care in our villages, balancing occupancy and price trade offs/elasticity
  • Develop and maintain commercial/economic models for setting prices and measuring the impact of price changes
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to assist with the roll out of pricing changes.

Who are you?

  • You have proven experience in a similar pricing analyst role with strong commercial modelling skills
  • You are analytical and data-driven, skilled at translating market trends into actionable pricing strategies
  • You have excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
  • You are proficient with systems such as MS Excel, Salesforce, SQL, and/or Power BI
  • You are driven to succeed and can deliver with confidence in a fast-paced environment
  • You believe in the value of strong, positive, trusting teams who work together as one
  • You are resilient and can demonstrate composure under pressure
  • You value communication that is clear, effective, and lacks ambiguity
