About the Role

We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to join our team. As a security specialist, you will play a crucial role in protecting our digital assets. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the security of our operations meets contractual deliverables and service level agreements.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT security products and solid technical skills. You will be responsible for maintaining application allowlisting configurations to ensure optimal security performance, conducting software vulnerability assessments, and performing upgrades and patching as required.

You will also be responsible for performing secure data restorations, testing, implementing, monitoring, and tuning security software/hardware to identify potential issues and proactively address them. Additionally, you will develop and maintain documentation and work instructions for security services, ensuring clarity and consistency.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues impacting security system availability, performance, capacity, and utilisation in line with SLAs is also a key responsibility. You will analyse traffic data and recommend improvements to security infrastructure, ensuring the most effective use of resources.

Excellent communication abilities and deep knowledge of Windows Server, Desktop OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Exchange, and Teams are essential for this role. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for cybersecurity, we encourage you to apply.
