About this Role
We're seeking a cybersecurity professional to play a key role in maintaining and strengthening our customers' security environments. This position ensures that security operations meet contractual deliverables and service level agreements, while providing expert support across various activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop application allowlisting configurations.
- Conduct software vulnerability assessments and perform upgrades as required.
- Perform secure data restorations as requested by customers.
- Tune security software/hardware for optimal performance and highlight potential issues.
- Create documentation and work instructions for security services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting security system availability and performance.
- Analyse traffic data and recommend security infrastructure improvements.
- Provide security consultation to customers on risk management and mitigation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in Cyber Security with hands-on analytics.
- Strong IT security product knowledge.
- Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Teams.
- Knowledge of technology risk, data privacy, and security compliance regulations.
- Proven experience supporting information security devices and processes.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
