Maintain and strengthen security environments as a key player in the field with strong IT security product knowledge.

Job Overview

In this critical role, you'll be responsible for ensuring day-to-day security operations meet contractual deliverables and service level agreements (SLAs). This includes implementing customer requests, supporting project design and installations, incident and problem management, reporting, and assisting senior security professionals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and manage Application Allowlisting configurations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct software vulnerability assessments and perform upgrades and patching as required to maintain robust security measures.
  • Perform secure data restorations as requested by customers while adhering to strict security protocols.
  • Test, implement, monitor and tune security software/hardware to proactively highlight potential issues and prevent breaches.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and work instructions for security services to support smooth operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting security system availability, performance, capacity, and utilisation in line with SLAs.
  • Analyse traffic data and recommend improvements to security infrastructure to enhance overall security posture.
  • Provide expert security consultation to customers on risk management and mitigation strategies to ensure they stay ahead of emerging threats.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Cyber Security with hands-on analytics and a solid understanding of Windows Server, Desktop OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Exchange, and Teams.
  • Strong grasp of attack tactics, techniques, and procedures with excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of technology risk, data privacy, and security compliance regulations with analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
