Job Title: Lubrication Technician

We are seeking a skilled Lubrication Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machines and equipment.

The successful candidate will have excellent mechanical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lubricate converting machines and lines during planned maintenance and machine downtime.
  • Perform regular inspections of hydraulic systems, document any issues, and replace leaking hoses and fittings as needed.
  • Log and address cylinder and motor leaks.
  • Review, update, and maintain lubrication maps for each machine or line.
  • Replace filters on electrical cabinet AC units.
  • Lubricate Minda-Unitizers, scrap fans, and scrap conveyors.
  • Conduct vibration checks on motors and bearings using handheld testers and analyze results where necessary.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely, adhering to manufacturing workplace health and safety policies and practices.
