Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure tools and equipment are stored correctly and readily accessible.
  • Support calibration, maintenance, and servicing of S&TE (Support and Test Equipment) and GSE (Ground Support Equipment).
  • Analyse inventory databases for S&TE and GSE to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Manage the ordering process for common consumables including gases, petrol, oils, lubricants, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Assist in implementation and support of supply chain activities and processes.
  • Prepare for, coordinate, and conduct Asset and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) audits.
  • Maintain inventory controls, undertake stocktakes, and ensure accuracy of equipment holdings.

Extensive experience in Defence or similar logistics roles is required, with a strong background in Inventory Control, Asset Management, Supply Chain, stock control, and inventory management. Demonstrated ability to proactively manage and action tasks, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and provide regular updates is essential.

Requirements
  • A valid forklift licence is required to operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
