About This Opportunity

The role of Human Resources Manager is available in a dynamic organisation seeking to attract an experienced and skilled HR professional.

This position provides scope for the successful candidate to utilise their skills and expertise to manage a small team and contribute to the overall objectives of the business.

  • Manage and administer the human resource requirements encompassing workforce capability, employment, employee relations, training, performance management, contract control, records management, service delivery development, policy and procedure development.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications (bachelor level or higher)
  • Proven experience in Team Management
  • High level leadership skills and experience in delivering effective human resources services, including recruitment, occupational safety, remuneration, industrial relations
  • Substantial experience related to the specific responsibilities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability with computer and ICT systems, including human resource systems and Windows-based packages
  • Commitment to occupational health, safety and welfare, equal opportunity principles and practices
