We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to support the delivery of our business strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor law, payroll management, and employee relations.

This role will provide professional support to employees and leadership teams with workforce planning, country HR support, and employee communication.

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient operational management of Human Resources, reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and part of the global HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and meet HR service needs based on workforce planning, business requirements, and employee expectations.
  • Support business objectives through effective HR strategies and policies.
  • Manage employee relationship issues and ensure all policy and procedures are compliant with company policies, labor laws, and local regulations.
  • Engage with regional HR function teams to execute international projects and collaborate on global working structures.
  • Manage local payroll, prepare and coordinate interactions with local legal counsel, and manage external HR counseling services.
  • Develop and manage HR budgets, manage local employees, and oversee recruitment processes.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Global HR Team and CHRO.

Requirements:

  • University degree in HR Management or Labour Law preferred.
  • Industry experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations required.
  • Four-plus years of HR manager or HRBP experience in an international environment.
  • Strong analytical and business skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with the latest labor laws and government regulations.
  • Proficient in Excel and knowledge of NAV a plus.
  • Well-organized with strategic thinking and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English essential.
