Human Resources Leadership Opportunity

As a strategic human resources leader, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from strategy to operations.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, select, and onboard top talent.
  • Administer and maintain our HRIS system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, induction packs, and other HR documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate performance reviews, probation tracking, salary reviews, and ensure up-to-date position descriptions.
  • Liaise with payroll to ensure smooth payroll processing and accurate payment of employees.
  • Oversee compliance training and manage content within our Learning Management System, ensuring that all employees have access to necessary training and development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and registers, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage employee relations, support managers, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, WHS standards, and ethical practices, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
  • Coordinate Work Health and Safety administration and reporting, ensuring that our workplace remains safe and healthy.
  • Lead HR projects and contribute to strategic initiatives aligned with business goals, providing expert advice and guidance to senior leadership.
