About the Role


The Administration Officer/Project Support role is a key position within the Rural Psychiatry Director of Training team, providing project support to facilitate the training, support, and increase of regional psychiatry trainees.


Main Functions



  • To provide project support to the Rural Psychiatry Director of Training in carrying out their functions.
  • To administer the Rural Psychiatry Outreach Program by coordinating and processing claims for visiting psychiatry clinics.
  • To be a part of the RRMHS senior administration team and assist with other project support, executive assistant, and administrative tasks as required.
