Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional experience
  • Offer expert knowledge on local attractions and activities, helping our guests make the most of their vacation
  • Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, exceeding our guests' expectations
  • Collaborate with our resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for our guests
  • Articulate the benefits of traveling within our Wyndham Destinations community, inspiring our guests to return again and again
  • Meet and exceed targets and KPIs, driving business growth and success

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with our guests
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards, reflecting our brand's high standards
  • High levels of computer literacy, with experience using PMS systems an advantage
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
