About the Role

  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring every interaction is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Offer expert advice on local attractions, activities, and experiences, helping guests make the most of their vacation.
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, generating appointments for our sales centers and promoting our amazing resorts.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored experiences.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Impeccable presentation and professional grooming standards, reflecting the high standards of Travel + Leisure Co.
  • High levels of computer literacy, with experience using PMS systems (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera, etc.) an advantage.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
