We're seeking a skilled Guest Experience Host to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a key member of our resort team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and driving sales appointments for our sales centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and register owners and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Offer expert knowledge on local area attractions and activities
  • Complete all department-related paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers
  • Meet guests face-to-face, generating sales appointments for our sales centers and via livestream
  • Establish rapport with guests, ensuring an exceptional experience is delivered
  • Collaborate with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and seamless transition for owners and guests
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within Wyndham Destinations' community
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar hotel or resort position
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera, etc.) advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
