We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven sales leader to join our high-performing management team in a luxury retail environment.
- Collaborate with the General Retail Manager to drive performance and exceed sales targets
- Inspire, coach, and mentor a talented team of jewellery consultants
- Lead from the front – closing sales and delivering exceptional customer service
- Foster long-term relationships with loyal clientele and new luxury customers
- Contribute to team culture and uphold the brand values
About You
You're a confident and well-presented professional with a strong background in luxury sales.
- Proven retail leadership and team development experience
- A track record of exceeding personal and team sales goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for fine jewellery and the ability to convey its story and value
- Prior experience with a manufacturing jeweller is highly regarded, but not essential
