Manning Support Services is seeking a skilled Care Specialist to join their Clinical and Care team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver care services within funding models to identify home modifications, provide functional assessments, aids, and equipment assessments.
- Work in a fast-paced environment assisting older adults to remain living in their own homes.
- Empower client choice and contribute to health and well-being by encouraging ongoing active participation in the home and community.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with older adults in a therapy setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
