Nursing Care Specialist

Are you a compassionate and skilled professional with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care?
- Support donors through their donation process, including greeting and interviewing potential donors, conducting routine blood pressure tests, and monitoring donors post-donation.
- Play a key role in achieving collection targets by collaborating effectively with colleagues.
As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a positive atmosphere for donors and ensuring that they receive the highest level of care throughout their experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding donor experiences and create a welcoming environment.
- Provide support to foster a collaborative team culture.
- Be comfortable working with needles and biological materials.
- Lift up to 22.7kgs occasionally and stand, walk, and bend frequently to set up and pack down equipment.
- Work varied shifts on a fortnightly rotating roster from Monday to Saturday.
- Take minimum 5 weeks annual leave (up to 6 weeks).
