Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Category Dynamics Expert to join our team at Red Bull. In this role, you will be responsible for providing in-depth analysis of regional business performance, utilizing available data sets to drive informed category growth strategies.

About the Role

This is a salaried position with an estimated annual salary of $110,000 - $130,000 AUD.

Key Responsibilities

You will develop and maintain detailed monthly reporting and dashboard suites, working closely with regional teams and global stakeholders to ensure aligned category goals. You will also analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, and collaborate with Brand, Trade Marketing, and Key Account teams to review post-implementation initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities

Maintain the regional best practices library, support markets in collating examples, and work with regional Category and Key Account teams to develop conceptual selling capabilities. Provide training facilitation where required and drive the Think Shopper Lead Category agenda through our Global Category Vision.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with 2+ years' experience within FMCG, excellent analytical skills, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Previous experience with 3rd party data platforms such as Circana, Nielsen, or Euromonitor is preferred.
