Luxury Retail Operations Manager

Assistant Boutique Manager
">This is a dynamic role in the exciting re-opening of our boutique. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless launch and outstanding customer experiences in a brand-new setting.
You will be a key member of our team, reflecting our luxury image and using retail and CRM tools to drive sales. As a manager-on-duty when needed, you will assist with business analysis and action plans to achieve success and establish the boutique as a top destination for luxury timepieces.
We are looking for someone who possesses a 'can do' attitude, excellent communication skills and strong solution orientation. If you have 3+ years of experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations with direct reports, we would like to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, proficiency in MS Office software and expertise in Excel. Secondary language skills are a plus.
