Job Description

The Role:

  • This position is responsible for fostering operational excellence across the retail network.
  • You will be the primary liaison between Office and Boutiques, ensuring efficient and effective daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate monthly management meetings for each boutique, meticulously documenting meeting minutes and ensuring diligent follow-up on action items.
  • Coordinate and facilitate monthly Backstage meetings for all Boutique Office Executives and Stock Executives, fostering engagement through learning initiatives and the sharing of best practices.
  • Support the implementation of policies, procedures, guidelines, and tools throughout the retail network.
  • Lead all boutique-related procurement activities, working closely with external partners to optimize supply of all sales materials, uniforms and other orders as required.
  • Develop and maintain the Boutique Operations Manual, ensuring its regular updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A diploma / degree in Business Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • High proficiency in project management methodologies and the Microsoft Office suite; SAP knowledge is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the luxury retail environment.
  • Ability to travel regularly within Australia and New Zealand.
