Executive Director of Paid Search Strategies

As the leader of paid search strategies, you will drive innovation and excellence in search marketing across multiple platforms. You will own the vision for how we dominate search and performance marketing, setting the roadmap for measurable wins for major brands.

With a strong technical expertise across Google, Meta, and Bing ecosystems, you will design, execute, and optimize advanced campaigns, including Performance Max and DSA. You will collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams to launch new features and enhance results.

You will take full ownership of key performance indicators such as return on ad spend, cost per click, conversions, and quality scores. Your goal is to ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact.

Additionally, you will represent the organization externally and help shape the platform internally with your insights as a thought leader.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading and scaling high-performance search or digital marketing teams
