As a key member of the People & Culture function, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive people performance outcomes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, policies, and practices. You will manage employee relations issues and collaborate with business areas to deliver change management and organisational transformation.

This role offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact in a values-driven organisation that prioritises collaboration, innovation, and growth. We are seeking a skilled professional who can advise and coach senior stakeholders, people leaders, and team members on complex employee relations matters.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience as a Senior HR Business Partner supporting diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, including exposure to executive leadership
  • In-depth knowledge of employee relations and contemporary people practices
  • Demonstrated capability in organisational and leadership development
  • Skilled in change management methodologies (certification such as Prosci/Kotter highly regarded)
  • Highly effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with HR technology and analytics tools
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, business or related field required
