  6. Contributing to inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  7. Providing support with marketing initiatives, promotions, and events.
  8. Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, listening to feedback, and responding promptly to concerns.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a shift supervisor or similar leadership role.
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building a positive team culture.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations.
