Job Title

The Food and Beverage Manager role is a dynamic leadership position that oversees the effective operation of food and beverage outlets.

This role enables you to improve guest satisfaction by maintaining efficiency of service, product knowledge, and exceptional delivery standards.

You will oversee F&B team members to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring outlets are prepared and organized to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor food and beverage quality to ensure high standards are consistently met
  • Ensure a high level of guest experience is provided in venues, being professional, hospitable, timely, effective, and efficient
  • Set daily performance objectives for team members and supervise the service flow
  • Maintain open communication with the Venue Manager to maximize revenue and minimize costs
